Three decades after Nigeria’s historic Olympic football triumph in Atlanta, Kaduna State Governor Uba Sani has moved to honour some of the players who helped deliver the country’s first Olympic football gold medal, allocating plots of land to three Kaduna-born members of the squad and directing that streets be named after the football legends.
